We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Associate who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can provide exceptional support to multiple executive-level leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Keep leaders and the department organized by scheduling meetings coordinating events and tracking attendance.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and ensure meeting refreshments are ordered when needed.
• Procedure Adherence: Follow established guidelines with precision while exercising independent judgment when appropriate.
• Office Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies ensuring cost efficiency.
• Document Preparation: Draft correspondence reports meeting minutes presentations and other written and visual materials.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative or related roles ideally within a medium to large organization.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Adaptable collaborative and able to take direction while working independently.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can troubleshoot and manage ambiguity effectively.
