Full-Time Working Assistant Supervisor

Territory: Broward & Dade Counties.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour + Company Van.

Schedule: 1st & 2nd shifts, with weekend availability as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Area Manager & Supervisor in overseeing janitorial operations.
• Assign tasks, follow up on work orders, and ensure job completion.
• Train new and existing employees on cleaning & disinfecting techniques.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Work alongside team members when needed and fill in as required.
• Perform carpet care, stripping & waxing, buffing, and grout cleaning.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and facility repairs.
• Complete nightly reports and use basic Microsoft Office applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
• Must speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a plus).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
