High-Reach Order Picker (Cherry Picker) Operator

Picture this: you begin your shift in Shepherdsville or Louisville, conduct quick safety checks, and guide your high-reach order picker smoothly through the aisles. Your focus is precise—pick the right items, place them exactly where they belong, and keep everything moving safely and efficiently.

Pay & Shifts

$18.00–$20.00 per hour | All shifts available

What You’ll Do

• Operate a cherry picker and/or stand-up reach truck with safety top-of-mind
• Pick inventory accurately and stow items neatly on the correct shelves
• Take on other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ months of experience operating reach trucks or cherry pickers
• Ability to stand comfortably for the entire shift
• Reliable, consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
