• Provide top tier nail services including acrylic, hard gel, dip, gel manicures and nail art
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards to match a luxury salon environment
• Consult with clients to understand style preferences and nail health, delivering work that aligns with high end expectations
• Create consistent, durable, beautiful results that keep clients returning
• Manage appointments with professionalism and efficient timing
• Collaborate with hairstylists and other beauty professionals within the shared space to elevate the overall client experience
• Recommend services or products that support client results and long term nail health
• Uphold a positive, team focused attitude that reflects the standard of the salon

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon nail technician license
• Three plus years of professional nail experience
• Confident with acrylic, hard gel, dip and multiple nail systems
• Ability to maintain high end service standards and client care
