COMPENSATION: 45K-50K + DOE

LOCATION: League City, Texas SUMMARY: Facilitate the efficient operation of our office providing administrative support, assisting the sales department, and facilitating other projects as needed. To ensure productivity within the administrative and sales departments.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front desk- client interactions/first impression Manage phones and IT vendors Contract negotiation Light Accounting and collections Oversee vendor and service provider agreements Assist sales team as needed with materials presentations Arrange travel as requested Process HR documentation for new hires Serve as point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies and equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years’ administrative experience Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, deadline-minded, solid organizational skills, problem solver, personable/professional phone etiquette, team player, and strong administrative skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM knowledge Some college experienced preferred ***PLEASE NOTE: We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
