Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
CRM Management: Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot) ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow processes.
Training & Development: Design and implement sales development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Market Expansion: Support sales teams in expanding market reach, particularly in nearby major cities, through strategic travel and partnership development.
Team Leadership: Contribute to a 10+ person regional team by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales operations within the SaaS industry.
Certifications:
- Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, HubSpot Sales Software Certification
- Preferred: Google Analytics Certification, AWS Cloud Practitioner
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Location & Travel: Based in Los Angeles with regular travel to nearby major cities.
Schedule: Operate during standard business hours with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
