These are the terms and conditions upon which we provide Mindful MML Therapy websites.
By accessing the site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these

Refund, Return, and Cancellations

We deal with refunds, returns, and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is for you to
be absolutely happy with your product. If for some reason you are not, please email us at
office@mindfulmmltherapy.com and we will make every effort to amend the situation.

Payments

You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card.
Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in US dollars. The currency
and amount will be displayed before you make your payment. We do not store your financial
information on our platform. Our third-party service providers, Square, PayPal, Venmo,
Revolute, will store your details and will use these details for each successive billing period.
We are not responsible for your data with Square, PayPal, Venmo, Revolute. If you have any
concerns about your data, you should check the privacy policy for third party service providers.

Privacy Policy

Mindful Movement , LLC, respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website,
www.mindfulmmltherapy.com and the services provided therein (the “Site”). The
Company provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during
a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.
What personal data is collected and why is it collected?
As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address,
or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain
non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s
internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating
system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments
